**Pennies, Pennies, Pennies**

Ok, I would definitely ditch the granite countertops for this awesome unique "penny" countertop. People have been gluing pennies for countertops, backsplash, floors & even stairs! (Yes, you have to glue each one BUT come on, its a head turner). I'm in love-- What are your thoughts??

*{ 5 Signs It's Time For A New Roof }*

Your roof is one of the most important parts of your home, but how do you know when to replace your roof? Without a solid roof, water can get into your home and cause all sorts of damage. Everything from damaging drywall, ruining carpet, rotting wood, promoting mold growth and damaging personal belongings. A small leak in your roof can cost you thousands of dollars in repairs, so it’s better to be proactive than reactive.

Obviously you want to get as much out of your current roof as you can, as replacing your roof is a large investment. But if you wait too long to replace your roof, you’ll end up paying for a new roof + interior and exterior repairs if water gets in. One of the biggest mistakes many people make is to wait until their roof starts leaking to replace it.

  1. Missing Or Blown Off Shingles
  2. Curled Or Cracked Shingles
  3. Dark Spots On Your Roof
  4. Damp Or Dark Spots In Your Attic
  5. Excessive Moss Growth On Your Roof

*{Cheap Ways To Feel Better About Your Home}*

You know those days when you just feel down and out? You're having a bad hair day, your clothes don't seem to fit right, you skip your work-out and just pig out instead. The same thing can happen with your home, feels like it just lost its spunk! Although you might think a new sofa or a flatscreen TV will get your home out of its frumpy slump, but you might be better off starting with a few 'cheap' ways to spruce up your space and get its personality back...

Clean Your Home
Seriously, Just Clean! It instantly improves your environment and it cost nothing. Plus, a new sofa wont fix a dirty house.

Get Rid Of Something-
Just do it! Get rid of that chunky furniture piece that you couldn't find space for so you shoved it in a corner and piled stuff on it. Free up that space and the room feels more open.

Paint
Obviously nothing perks up a room like a fresh coat of paint. A color that will really pop and compliment the things you already own. Boom, your on a whole new level.

Rearrange your furniture-
I use this trick all the time! It changes the whole layout of the room. Its free and it gives you a great work-out. I call that a Win-Win!

Upgrade Something-
Get crafty!! This doesn't mean you have to go and buy something, get funky fabric and change out your throw pillows, revive and old piece of furniture and make it a focal point. You could even reupholster your chairs.

Fix Something-
a faucet that always drips, a closet door that squeaks, broken door knob. Anything. I bet you will feel better once its working again!
